- Hello and welcome to my blog. My name is Stephen Rainer and I am a freelance photographer based in the little town of Oulton Broad nr Lowestoft. I find inspiration in most people I meet and enjoy the challenge of capturing real emotion and personality. My style is progressing slowly but surely and I am always on the lookout for new ideas and techniques to apply to my work.
